Commercial metal binder systems from companies like ExOne usually need to be cured. Briefly during printing of each layer with a heat lamp and then later the whole powder bed in an oven at 200°C to strengthen the parts. Thank you very much for your input and the information. The general idea is to indirectly print metal or ceramics and sinter them after printing. Therefore the liquid formulation can get rather complex since it has to bind the powder and ideally not leave a lot of residue after sintering. As far as ...
