i am connected gng to gnd pin of arduino and reset pin to digital pin of arduino and vcc also givento arduino digital pin i am controlling this pins properly.....i have a dought i am using normal inks used in printers and water because of this is it head effect

i interfaced it to arduino mega ....previously it is worked well ....but now it is not...

xaar don't have a service ......and in xaar have a few test pins i am assuming that by using this pins they may be test the chip

thx for reply to my problem....with out any connection (that is interface) if i connect 35 volts to vpph and vppl again it start's heating......is it designed in such away it protect reverse current

hi .....my xaar printhead 128 is getting heated up slowly when i applied 35v power to it...before it is worked well now it is heating.......i want electronics ckt of this so that i can understand my problem..is there any service for this xaar print head pls tell me

"nfire" signal can can be given independently wheather loading data or not...........if we load data and give firing more than one time wt happend?if it take previous loaded data for all fire or one time it will fire load data ...remaining times it just cleans the nozzles ........

that is fine ...wt is the printing speed of the print head so that we run motor...in data sheet typical firing frequency means

Well, since we all have spent so much time on stupid print heads, I have decided to reverse engineer the protocol of an industrial printhead. Sure, it's 200 Euros for a single head in a single color at only 200 dpi, but these babies are industrial strength, giving them supposedly a much longer life...
