Re: Nozzle stops spraying about 1/3 of the printing
Hi, I sincerely apologize for the late reply. I was busy for the past week. We have tested the voltage of the printhead, it was stable throughout the print, the boost demux really does the job of boosting and maintaining the printhead voltage around 19.8V even when the ink stops spraying. By hoping ...

Re: Nozzle stops spraying about 1/3 of the printing
The pause between my printing is not long, I tried it right after and it will gradually got worse, most probably caused by heat issue as you said. I have slowed down the printer by 50% and it stops at about 1/5 of the printing. I tried to sped up the printer by 150% and the effect is the same as slo...

Re: Layer skipping of Plan B printing
Thank you very much for your reply! For now, I will try to use Gcode for printing since PlanB converter modification is out of my league (I am not a good programmer). I have found that the printer is actually printing the right amount of layers for Gcode, just that the LCD is showing the wrong amoun...

Layer skipping of Plan B printing
I am currently testing my printer with the model I am having now, it contains 35 layers as shown in the attachment below in Slicer. The printer could print in both Gcode and PlanB code, but PlanB code uses significantly less time since it utilizes all nozzles. Gcode problem: The Gcode that I sliced ...
