@dragonator -almost but not 100%. the hole for pin 28 or pin 27 (depends how you flip PCB) is off. It's a little high. I was able to insert all pins into template through PCB except for that pin.

So looks like the holes for left and right side may not be 100% symmetrical. Is this possible?

It is probably a mistake in the design process, but one of the offset pins (27 and 28) is lower than the other one and breaks the pattern. Luckily this should not affect the function of the controller. I have made a version with the offset pin in it. This one should be right.

Purple look glorious.

Where did you have them made. They look nicer than the boards I buy.

@dragonator -
I'm almost ready to assemble the controller. Can you point me to the schematics? I know it's here somewhere but I can't find it. Also not sure about what side goes to the print head.

Isn't there a way that people can just reorder the board if it's from osh park? I'd like to order from osh park because I love their PCBs and I know someone there.

As per request, the schematic of the HP45 V1.01 controller, the PCB image to show mainly where the TLC59213 marks are and an excel file with all parts on mouser. In the excel everything after Q2 is normal stock for some people and not really the exact parts that are necessary. They are just examples.

Also in the excel is a new source for pogo pins I found. I still need to test them but I have ordered a few hundred pins to test them: http://www.ebay.com/itm/100pcs-P50-J1-D ... SwIgNXl3Mt

If there are any more questions, let me know and I will answer them.
