Some issue when building Oasis 3DP

I have built the Oasis 3DP. But when I am printing ,the print head just do not injet any ink at all. Temperature of printer head is around 15-25 c,test results of printer head is 300/300. Could anyone please tell me what is wrong with it? Much appriciate!

When you press prime, does any ink come out of the nozzles? Have you ever cleaned the printhead, with either water or alcohol? The correct temperature and 300/300 means the controller can control the nozzles, but if the nozzles are clogged the printhead will still not print.
