Re: inkjet liquid formulations for metals/ceramics

When printing sand casting molds I seem to recall professional printers printing in sand using furan resin. That also seems to be common for all sand casting in general. I would not know if the same resign would be usable in other materials or what the properties are. I do suspect Furan resin can s...

Re: Hacking the HP45

I like the idea of the analog maximum pulse width. Do you have any way of lengthening or shortening it in the future to modify it? Hi pulse width is a constant, there is no need to change it during a process, but if you mean change it in next version of driver, I can say YES. By changing a simple r...

Re: Hacking the HP45

Hi Friends Finally I succeed to design and create my first version of driver, and So far the circuit has nice performance. It is a fully self-dependent Driver (not controller), by means of: - It gets number of nozzles which are needed to be fired via Serial or SPI protocol (From a foreign controller...

Re: Hacking the HP45

Actually, there are 22 addresses and the 12kHz relates to how often the entire head is triggered. This means that in 83us each primitive needs to pulsed not once but 22 times. I do like the idea of the 555 monostable circuit though. I will look into that. Yes, I know, there are 22 address and betwe...

Re: Hacking the HP45

Hi Dear Friends and specially "Dragonator" I'm new to this forum but not new to 3D Printing method. I'm Mechateronics Engineer and very interested to Powder Based 3d Printer. Until now I've made a SLA 3d printer (but not using a DLP projector as every one know or a focused point laser) and...
