Re: GlaDOS lamp

Hello,
On the surface this looks OK, but I cannot verify this is 100% correct. At this point in time, the project is so old, some part may no longer be available or the same. It is also quite hard for me to see if things are missing.

Re: GlaDOS lamp

My best guess at this time is the ESP32 on a development board, but it really depends on what you already have experience with, and what is easy to get for you.

Re: GlaDOS lamp

Depending on the LED.

A simple LED can run with just a resistor. Each LED has a maximum current, and it is easiest to add a resistor so the LED cannot draw more than this current.

If you have a higher power LED (I had a 1W LED in the eye at the time) you might want a LED driver, because it is way ...

Re: GlaDOS lamp

The list on there is basic, and the project is already old, so it is a bit challenging to even note what your would specifically need and not need. Roughly, the white LEDs, led driver and 40mm fans are for the light. The rest is for the moving part.

Note that the page here and on instructables is ...

Re: Hacking the HP45

IS the electrical / electronical part working ? May I offer myself to help making working?
Thank you,

I did get a version made, and tested it, but could not get the patterns of ink to eject. It would occasionally eject some ink, but not in a controlled fashion. I have not done more ...

Re: Hacking the HP45

Hello and welcome.

This topic (and forum) is still being managed, but it has quieted down a little in the past few years.

As for the specific thing you are working on, the first thing I would ask is if the HP45 (and its derivatives) can actually handle photoresist. It is of the bubblejet type ...

Re: AEP7 Laser Pistol

Hello,

That is the best version I have ever seen. The real laser tube is a great idea, and I love how it looks. Thanks for sharing this.
