I was not familiar with ribbon mixers. Neat to know. Dental plaster supposedly works well without additional binders with water and alcohol. I have also heard Maltodextrine works well instead of sugar. I have not tested any of these myself. I discovered that I really did not enjoy material studies. ...

I am not really sure how it does identify the printhead. I know there is a bunch of resistors in the head that measure different depending on the polarity, but I have not had a deep investigation in how this is used to identify the printheads.

It has happened to me as well. Increasing the layer height or decreasing the amount of ink ejected can help. The rolling spreader helped much, but Plan B does not really fit one very well.

I first thought it was a ballmill. It looks like a great mixer. I like the usage of random parts and controllers to make it.

No PCB source files for now. Since I do intend to sell the boards, I do not want to be instantly copied. The files will probably be share at some point in the future.
