Re: color 3dp slicer software

I guess probably no one knows the answer. I did some search recently. But unfortunately nothing useful turned up. The closest project I could find is called ColorPod. However, I can't get hold of its slicer software. It looks like the color slicer needs more DIY work. So far I can think of two possi...

color 3dp slicer software

Hi,

I'm wondering what software could be used for slicing colorful 3D model and produce something like RGB PNG file for a full color 3D printing?

Regards,

David

Re: Info for Epson Precision core printhead

Hi, Here I found complete schematic of a Roland printer, including head control board: https://www.scribd.com/doc/142024676/Roland-Printer-Service-Manual-XJ-740 Unfortunately an account is needed but I got it. So this is the source of DX4 pinouts from my schematic. Thanks for your input. That's ver...

Re: Hacking the HP45

Hi, dragonator, if you need that connector. I can probably help. for 20ish EURO, I can get you the whole set, including the mounting kit, not just the contacts.

Re: Hacking the HP45

I still want to really try the L6452. I do however still have a few objections with the L6452 that have stopped me from completely stopping what I am doing so far and use the L6452. Limited availability. Only Mouser sells them in small quantities and I don't know if they restock. Unknowns in the da...

Re: Hacking Canon PG40

that's cool. the advantage with an asic inside the head is that you don't need to worry about a driver; while the problem is you don't know what the asic is doing.

Re: Hacking the HP45

Hey Restani, if you have a working schematic to drive the XAAR 128 can you please share it? I would be really happy! Thanks and have a nice day everyone. There is a Xaar thread in this forum: http://ytec3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=47&p=1709#p1709 Xaar printheads have all the electronic...

Re: Hacking the HP45

Sorry guys for my slow response. I'm dragged into a low cost closed loop stepper project, so my progress on HP45 driver will be suspended for a while. I'm not sure if the company would allow me to reveal the details of the schematics and the firmware for the moment. However, I'm happy to share the g...
