Re: Printing Ceramic Parts
It has been a while since I worked with the C6602. I know that the nozzles are in a metal plate which is fragile. If you are going to give it another try I would first print with the printhead to make sure it works before making another attempt. Also you can try and fill the printhead with something...

Re: GlaDOS lamp
It has been a great while since I even touched the files, so my memories are a bit fuzzy. If I remember right, there are 3 different files. 1 file with only an aperture shaped hole, 1 with an aperture shape hole with fan mounting holes, and one without any gaps. All have a hole for an LED. In this c...

Re: Printing Ceramic Parts
Hello, Starting with what it is you do exactly. I presume you have bought Tethon binder jetting powders and are using Tethonite Binder (https://tethon3d.com/product/binder/). You are not using any of the resins Tethon sells, which are for SLA/DLP printing. The C6602 should in principle be able to pr...

Re: Standalone controller V4.0
Thanks for the feedback.
I have changed the resistor values. It was a copying error which I did not catch. The photo's I will add in the coming days when I have time. I can see how an image of the whole board without Teensy would be helpful.

Re: Standalone controller V4.0
The HP45 controller was (and still is) intended for sale somewhere in the future. For this I wanted a fast and thorough way to test each controller before it goes out. The ability of the controller to do some of the tests itself helps, but it is not perfect. PXL_20220117_194314316s.jpg h2g-6T0V7IM F...

Re: Hacking the HP45
ESP32 is actually a bit short on pins. It should have enough pins to control an HP45, but there will not be many pins left for other things the way I drive them. The ram and other peripherals are very nice though, so it might be a cool idea. I have no experience with driving HP45 with an ESP. I do k...

Re: Empiric 3000 3DP printer
A professional looking glovebox. The syringe is a great idea, I have been struggling with mine to handle the air tool while wearing gloves. I am curious to see how visible things remain when you are cleaning thing. My previous attempts the powders blown in the air made looking into the chamber diffi...

Re: Hacking the HP45
That is the only one right now. With the HP45 V4 controller I am still to write a new version of that document, but chip shortages, some setbacks and lack of time has hindered that project for a few months now. If there are specific questions feel free to ask, I am sure I can help if you need. As fo...

Re: Empiric 3000 3DP printer
I was not familiar with ribbon mixers. Neat to know. Dental plaster supposedly works well without additional binders with water and alcohol. I have also heard Maltodextrine works well instead of sugar. I have not tested any of these myself. I discovered that I really did not enjoy material studies. ...
