My make of the test ink:
+ 200ml water
+ 10ml surface cleaner
+ a few drops of ink from my son's fountain pen
+ a little IPA to get rid of the foam
and finally filter the mixture.

first printhead real test at https://youtu.be/9Dy6aHJh8QI

It's base on 50% alternating nozzle on and off. The printhead under test is a 5 colour version instead of a 6 colour printhead in the final version.

second round prototype, which features an all metal key frame and precision square rail (there is a design of the dust cover for the rail and belt, just not installed yet).

This time I made it as a powder printing core. as you can see it is only the top part. Users can either put it on top of an IKEA box or design a nicer enclosure and other supporting parts to make their own printer (or product).

The build volume is max 216mm*174mm*200mm(Z).
