It looks like either you have a faulty SPI pin , it's shorted or you did not configured it as output from Arduino.

Sartomer, Allnex, and other uv resin manufacturers offer off the shelf resins for 3D printing. More vendors of uv resins can be found at :

Here are links to Sartomer's products, N3XTDIMENSION resins for 3D printing. Note that some residents of some countries will need to register with Sartomer first before downloading literature. And like many manufacturers, the website will sometimes not allow gmail, hotmail, yahoo, and other unverifiable email addresses.

Vpph and vppl can be switched by the same relay. After that relay, you may filter again the 35V for VPPL.
On my chineese head flat cable adapter all grounds are tied together. So I have the same ground everywhere and my heads are working properly with isopropanol, which by the way is very well tolerated by these heads as I saw.
I also used a dc/dc booster from 12...18V supply to 35V. Ground is common for all voltages despite Xaar recommendation. I suppose they suggested separate supplies to comply to long ribbon cables in large format printers. On my setup I have only 500mm cables so I have no issues.
I run the head with Arduino Due but I have a buffer (74HCT573) between Arduino and the head. The buffer is powered from 5V. I suggest you use it too!

So they say the voltage should be 30...33.5V and you should run test prints to see the optimum voltage.
