That is absolutely beautiful to see. DIY Polyjet machines are rare to see and seeing one printing an actual (only slightly deformed) Benchy is amazing. I look forward to seeing the roller to flatten the layers, and hope this will help with the warping.

This is very cool! I have been looking at the Xaar print heads for 3DP printing I would like to partner a Xaar with an ablation laser. That way in between layers I can run the laser to ensure the final part comes out with better tolerances.

That's great work! Did you make your own software to generate the raster graphics from a 3D model?

This is so cool. I would love to build one. To fix the height issue, I suggest a laser line to compare the actual height with the required height and update the amount of ink deposited in the next layer.
