Hi all.
i am following this forum for the past 6 years. I have used the resources here and was able to successfully fire the xaar 128 printhead. Now i want to do the same with Epson i3200 or Toshiba ce4m printhead. I have a application for the same. My background :- I have been in the field of these large format printers sales and service since 13 years. I have good electronics background. I have 5 machines running in my office with Toshiba heads and Epson heads. I have access to different control electronics for our printers.
What i want.
I'm planning to develop my own electronics for the above mentioned printhead. I have a oscilloscope and logic analyzer and can make wave forms while the actual head is printing(but the electronics used are Chinese). Any body interested or any leads regarding the development would be greatly appreciated. I'm weak at fpga programming. Any contributions ?
Below i have attached a image of communication the Toshiba ce4m head is receiving.
4Mhz clock, 106x3 bit data to drive 318 nozzles on one side of the head.
