I have printed the parts. But i wonder if you have the source files to control glados?

Upon request I can send the Solidworks files, but they are 2012, and made in a student version, so not actually that great to use.

This project has been on my bucket list for a few years. I printed the parts a while ago but finally got around to painting and assembling. Now I'm just waiting for my Raspberry Pi Pico to come in to control it...

also yeah the paint is subpar its a work in progress lol

From the models it looks like it's about 400mm in height 300mm in width, at the widest point of the base.

Hello! A friend of mine had this GLaDOS lamp printed for me. I wanted to make one that moves and talks without the lamp feature. What on your list of materials don’t I need? I’m totally lost on what to do. I’ve never made a “robot” before. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

The list on there is basic, and the project is already old, so it is a bit challenging to even note what your would specifically need and not need. Roughly, the white LEDs, led driver and 40mm fans are for the light. The rest is for the moving part.

Note that the page here and on instructables is a rough guide, and requires some skill and decisions from the person making it as well.

Would you recommend an Arduino board or a raspberry pi? I want her to say a random line when pressing one button (ps3 controller), and say one specific line when pushing a different button. I want to use the joysticks to control her movement. Rotate and up and down on one stick (x-axis for horizontal movement y-axis for vertical movement), and head movement on the other stick.
