As I understand it, you ask how to connect Arduino and Xaar128. I did so. The board produced by the technology of using a laser printer . File attached, you can open in the program Sprint layout.

Board is powered from the power source 35 volts and it is switched on with a relay.

Contacts 2,3,4 are used for relay control. The relay contacts are connected to VDD, VPPH and VPPL on the Board.

C the reverse side is soldered to the motherboard 20 pin connector for ribbon cable. Can't upload photos, I can not find the cable to connect the camera to a computer. Photo'll post later how I find the cable. From the Board is the ribbon cable to the adapter for the Xaar128. For connection of the adapter and Xaar128 used double row plug pin pitch 1,27 mm. Added photos to the card from the back side

Don't forget to change the library Xaar128, the header file because we have changed the pins on Arduino in accordance with the Pinout on the Board. I have it looks like the picture below.
