Rack and pinion y-axis

Always looking for ways to improve my printers, I decided to try a rack and pinion system for one of the printers' y-axis. I used a polyurethane/steel reinforced 6mm gt2 belt (indestructible), put it alongside a hardened 6mm rod, stretched it REALLY tight, and ran it over a 16t gt2 drive gear. I used a pressure idler with spring tensioner positioned directly above the drive gear. Just printed a 100mm x 100mm bed test print at 40mm/s and it performed spot on. no more belt tensioning on this printer!
