    Again with the banal questions. Even google didn’t help with this one.

    M4 cil screw 16mm

    What does “cil” mean?

    something standard, or a seal screw or a torx screw?

    The name is abbreviated for space, it is short for cylindrical. It is a metric screw with a round head and an Allen Key socket in it. If you look at the pictures of Plan B, you will see all of the round headed screws.
