Forgive my ignorance,
Which endstop from reprapworld is needed.
Do you need the full assembly

No problem at all.
You will need the full assembly. Only the sensor doesn’t give a value readable by the controller.
This is an assembled kit, though it is currently out of stock. The DIY assembly you have linked to is also good.
